SAF-T Export

To export your Moneyworks data in the SAF-T format that allows transfer to a different accounting system:

• Choose Command > SAF-T Export from the menu at the top of the screen
• A window will open asking you to confirm the country code (enter DK if in Denmark) and the start and end dates at which account balances will be exported (usually this will be the end of a financial year, or at least the end of a period)

• Clicking OK will show a standard operating system window where you can name the file and choose the export file's location
• The file will be created with a “txt” extension, but may be renamed with “.xml” depending on the requirements of the system you are importing data into
